Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with Reeloop (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating it may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.
You may not use Reeloop to
- Create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence.
- Produce sexual content involving minors, or any sexually exploitative material.
- Spread harmful misinformation, deceptive political content, or fraudulent or scam material.
- Infringe intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
- Generate spam, or post in a way that violates the rules of any platform you publish to.
AI likenesses & voices
Reeloop can animate a photo into a talking video and clone voices. You may only use the likeness or voice of a real person where you are that person, or you have their explicit, verifiable permission. When you upload a photo or create a clone, you attest that you hold those rights. You must not:
- Create a “deepfake” of anyone without their consent.
- Depict a real person saying or doing something they did not, in a misleading way.
- Impersonate a person or organization, or use a public figure’s likeness to deceive.
Disclosing AI content
Videos you create are AI-generated. Many platforms (TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube) now require you to label realistic AI-generated or altered content. You are responsible for adding the appropriate AI-content disclosure where the platform requires it. Where the publishing API supports it, Reeloop sets the AI-generated flag automatically.
Reporting abuse
If you believe content created with Reeloop violates this policy or your rights, email support@reeloop.ai and we will review it promptly.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
