Videos created on the free trial include a small Reeloop watermark. Paid plans remove the watermark so your videos are fully clean and branded as your own.

You can download any video, or connect your TikTok, YouTube and Instagram (Meta) accounts and Reeloop posts each new video on your schedule. With Series Mode you can review every video before publishing, or enable full autopilot.

Yes. Videos you generate with Reeloop are yours to use. You are responsible for making sure your topic and any inputs you provide respect third-party rights.

Yes. Videos you generate with Reeloop - on any plan, including the free trial - can be used for commercial purposes, including ads and monetized channels.

Each video you generate uses credits from your balance. New accounts start with 3 free credits, and paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits.

You are never charged for a failed render. If a video errors out, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance so you only pay for videos you actually receive.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your account, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

You can sign in with Google, with Microsoft, or with an email address and password. Google and Microsoft are one click and leave you no extra password to manage; email works everywhere else, including the domains those two do not cover.

You can request account deletion from your account settings or by contacting support, and your data will be removed.

This is rare and usually resolves on a re-generate. If a render completes without audio or captions, generate it again, and remember that failed or incomplete renders are refunded so you are not charged.

Most videos finish in a few minutes, but heavy demand can add some time. You can safely leave the page and come back, and you will be notified when the video is ready.

Make sure your browser sound is on and not muted for the tab. If a preview still does not play, refresh the page and try a different voice.
