Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Reeloop account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete your account yourself

The fastest way is the self-serve option in the app:

  1. Sign in at reeloop.ai/login.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Under Delete account, type DELETE to confirm and select Permanently delete.

This action is immediate and irreversible.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, generated videos and characters, credits and billing history, API keys, and every connected social account - including the access tokens for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, which are erased from our systems. Generated media stored on our servers is removed as part of the same process.

Disconnecting a single social account (without deleting your whole Reeloop account) also deletes that platform’s stored tokens immediately. You can additionally revoke Reeloop’s access from the platform itself - for example, Instagram/Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites; TikTok: Settings → Security & Permissions → Manage app permissions.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access your account, email support@reeloop.ai from the address associated with your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
