This is the workflow for people who already have the words. A newsletter section, a blog post, a talk, a script you wrote for a video you never shot - the writing is the hard part and it is done. What people usually want is not for a model to rewrite it, but for it to be staged: broken into beats, given a shot per beat, voiced and captioned. Text written to be read has long sentences, subordinate clauses and punctuation the eye can re-scan. Spoken aloud, that structure loses listeners inside the first paragraph.
